Elite Healthcare specialise in the Sales, Installation and Servicing of five product areas including patient handling, pressure injury prevention, showering & bathing systems, seating systems and rehabilitation. We are passionate about what we do and our team share the company vision and values.
We are seeking to recruit a suitably experienced field based sales specialist to join our Elite team. The territory will cover 13 counties in Ulster and Leinster including North Dublin.
Main Responsibilities:
- Promote the range of products to customers within the given territory.
- Carry out client and environment assessments and support clinicians with the product selection based on information supplied.
- Preparation of appropriate paperwork after assessments to enable quotations to be supplied to customers in a timely manner.
- Delivery and setting up of equipment.
- Carry out product demonstrations, presentations and education days to the customer base as required.
- Develop new areas of business, whilst maintaining & servicing current customers & growing market share.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets & goals.
- Provide weekly call report to Manager.
- Support Marketing Coordinator with competitor activities, initiatives & market research.
- Undertake any other duties related to the role.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a field sales role.
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Experience or knowledge on carrying out products assessments with clinicians.
- Hard working, self motivated, and ability to self manage & prioritise.
- Excellent product presentation skills.
- Excellent at problem solving and identifying clients needs.
- Computer literacy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Excellent technical understanding.
- Strong interpersonal kkills.
- Full clean driving license.
