Field Sales Specialist

Elite Healthcare specialise in the Sales, Installation and Servicing of five product areas including patient handling, pressure injury prevention, showering & bathing systems, seating systems and rehabilitation. We are passionate about what we do and our team share the company vision and values.

We are seeking to recruit a suitably experienced field based sales specialist to join our Elite team. The territory will cover 13 counties in Ulster and Leinster including North Dublin.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Promote the range of products to customers within the given territory.
  • Carry out client and environment assessments and support clinicians with the product selection based on information supplied.
  • Preparation of appropriate paperwork after assessments to enable quotations to be supplied to customers in a timely manner.
  • Delivery and setting up of equipment.
  • Carry out product demonstrations, presentations and education days to the customer base as required.
  • Develop new areas of business, whilst maintaining & servicing current customers & growing market share.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets & goals.
  • Provide weekly call report to Manager.
  • Support Marketing Coordinator with competitor activities, initiatives & market research.
  • Undertake any other duties related to the role.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a field sales role.
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Experience or knowledge on carrying out products assessments with clinicians.
  • Hard working, self motivated, and ability to self manage & prioritise.
  • Excellent product presentation skills.
  • Excellent at problem solving and identifying clients needs.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent technical understanding.
  • Strong interpersonal kkills.
  • Full clean driving license.
