Role Overview

We are seeking an organised and proactive Field Service Co-ordinator to join our team at our Ballycoolin offices. This is a key role supporting the day-to-day operation of our service department, ensuring jobs are scheduled efficiently, technicians are supported, and customers receive a high standard of communication and follow-up.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, comfortable juggling tasks and motivated by finding practical solutions in a busy service environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and coordinating service and installation jobs via Job Logic software on a daily basis
  • Liaising closely with field-based technicians to ensure efficient job delivery
  • Managing customer communication, including confirmations, updates, and follow-up
  • Preparing, issuing, and tracking digital job sheets, service reports, and documentation
  • Preparing and sending customer quotes and supporting their progression
  • Allocating parts to jobs and tracking parts usage and returns
  • Supporting smooth service delivery by proactively identifying and resolving issues
  • Maintaining accurate records within internal systems online

System & Tools

  • Job management and scheduling using Job Logic
  • Financial and administrative support using QuickBooks
    (Training can be provided where needed)

Skills & Experience

  • Confident using IT systems and learning new software
  • Keen interest in problem solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, solutions-focused approach to work
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of efficiency, cost control and customer service
  • Previous experience in a service administration, operations or coordination role is desirable

Field Sales Representative (Dublin & Midlands) - Elite Healthcare

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on field sales product specialist to join our growing team. This is a dynamic, field-based role combining consultative sales with practical product assessment, demonstration and installation support within healthcare and home environments across Dublin and Midlands.

Established in 2009, Elite Healthcare is an Irish owned company specialising in the provision of high-quality medical equipment to the healthcare sector. Based in Ballycoolin, Co. Dublin, we serve an all Ireland customer base including HSE hospitals, hospices, disability services, nursing homes, schools and community care providers.

What will you be doing?

This role would suit someone who enjoys being on the road, working directly with people and taking a practical approach to problem-solving. You’ll be equally comfortable discussing solutions with clinicians as you are assembling and fitting equipment on-site.

Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the role entails researching the target market, identifying business development opportunities, delivering the sales strategy, and winning against our competitors.

You will work closely with our internal sales and technical teams to identify potential sales and growth opportunities within our existing customer accounts.

Specifically you will:

  • Conduct on-site assessments of patient needs, working closely with healthcare professionals, carers and end users
  • Recommend appropriate equipment solutions including specialist seating systems, patient transfer equipment (hoists, slings, stand aids), bathing and showering solutions, pressure injury prevention products, accessibility solutions
  • Carry out product fittings and adjustments to ensure optimal comfort safety and usability
  • Deliver, install and demonstrate equipment in patients’ homes, care facilities and clinical settings
  • Provide hands-on training and guidance to clients and caregivers on correct product use
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with occupational therapists, physiotherapists and care providers
  • Manage your own schedule of appointments, assessments, and follow-ups within your territory
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities using CRM systems
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events as required

  • You will have previous experience of consultative/solution type selling

  • Resident and eligible to work full time in Republic of Ireland
