Job Post – Sales Executive – Seating – Leinster

Elite Healthcare is a dynamic company and as a result of growth and customer demand, we are seeking to recruit a Seating Specialist to join our team to promote and sell the Seating Matters range of chairs.  The territory will cover 10 counties within Leinster including Dublin. 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Carry out client assessments and support clinicians with the product selection based on information supplied.
  • Preparation of appropriate paperwork after assessments to enable quotations to be supplied to customers in a timely manner.
  • Delivery and setting up of equipment.
  • Carry out product demonstrations, presentations and education days to the customer base as required.
  • Develop new areas of business, whilst maintaining & servicing current customers & growing market share.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets & goals.
  • Provide weekly call report to Manager.
  • Support Marketing Coordinator with competitor activities, initiatives & market research.
  • Undertake any other duties related to the role.

Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent product presentation skills.
  • Excellent at problem solving and identifying clients needs
  • Passionate to help people and serve their customers. 
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets. 
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, reliable and trustworthy to complete tasks effectively. 
  • An ability to positively influence existing customer leads, source new leads and have persistence to successfully book appointments.
  • Hard working with high standards and attention to detail.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with customers.
  • Flexibility and a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude is essential.
  • A strong appetite for growth and development, to quickly learn new skills and to embrace the company culture of continuous improvement to deliver exceptionally high standards.

Requirements

  • Full Clean Driving Licence
  • Computer Literacy (Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Drive)
