Location: Field-based in the East of Ireland

About the Role

To support our continued growth in Ireland, we are seeking a Sales Development Executive to join our dynamic team. In this field-based role, you’ll collaborate closely with our specialist seating team to grow Elite Healthcare’s presence across the region.

You will be responsible for independently developing and nurturing relationships with healthcare professionals, delivering impactful product demonstrations, and driving sales performance. Your work will directly contribute to improving patient outcomes and strengthening our reputation within the healthcare community.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare sector

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers

  • Deliver engaging product presentations and live demonstrations

  • Meet and exceed sales targets within your assigned territory

  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of client needs and market dynamic

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and support

  • Provide regular feedback to inform business and product development strategies



What We’re Looking For

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience in the healthcare industry (medical device sales preferred)

  • Valid Irish driving licence

  • Strong knowledge of the Irish healthcare system, particularly HSE structures

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven success in sales, ideally within healthcare

  • Passionate about enhancing patient care and outcomes

  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Skilled in delivering persuasive presentations and demos

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

  • Strong networking ability and commercial acumen

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

  • Proficient in office suite software
