When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a Product (other than perishable produce or made to measure goods) up to 7 days after your order has been delivered. This is known as the cooling off period.
We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the product to us within the 7 days with notification and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost). Call us on 01 8903932, to discuss returning items to us and your refund.
Any breakages or damages must be reported within 24 hours of purchase/delivery.

- All our products (excluding batteries) come with a 1 year limited warranty. If during this time something does go wrong, return the item to us for inspection. If you are unable to return it to us, and are based in Ireland, contact us and we (at a cost) can arrange a engineer to call out.
