Oct 29, 2022 Field Sales Specialist Elite Healthcare specialise in the Sales, Installation and Servicing of five product areas including patient handling, pressure injury prevention, showering & bathing systems, seating systems and rehabilitation. We are passionate about what we do and our team share the company vision and values. We are seeking to recruit a suitably experienced field based sales specialist to join our Elite team. The territory will cover 13 counties in Ulster and Leinster including North Dublin. Main Responsibilities: Promote the range of products to customers within the given territory. Carry out client and environment assessments and support clinicians with the product selection based on information supplied. Preparation of appropriate paperwork after assessments to enable quotations to be supplied to customers in a timely manner. Delivery and setting up of equipment. Carry out product demonstrations, presentations and education days to the customer base as required. Develop new areas of business, whilst maintaining & servicing current customers & growing market share. Achieve or exceed sales targets & goals. Provide weekly call report to Manager. Support Marketing Coordinator with competitor activities, initiatives & market research. Undertake any other duties related to the role. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a field sales role. A proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets. Experience or knowledge on carrying out products assessments with clinicians. Hard working, self motivated, and ability to self manage & prioritise. Excellent product presentation skills. Excellent at problem solving and identifying clients needs. Computer literacy. Excellent communication skills. Excellent organisational skills. Excellent technical understanding. Strong interpersonal kkills. Full clean driving license.
